The rules for booking an ad

In short: you pick your dates and content, pay online with DuitNow QR or FPX, and once the payment is confirmed your banner is scheduled automatically for the days you booked. Read this before you press Proceed to Payment — ticking the box means you agree to it.

What you are booking

One booking holds one homepage banner slot for the dates you pick. A single day can carry at most 5 ads; days that are already full show red in the calendar and cannot be booked.
Your slot is confirmed automatically once your payment is confirmed — no manual approval is needed.
Ads run whole days, 00:00 to 23:59 Malaysia time, on every date you book.
A single booking can run for up to 365 days.

Payment

All prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM) and shown in your booking summary before you pay.
You pay the full amount online with DuitNow QR or internet banking (FPX) through our payment partner Bayarcash, straight after filling in the form.
After paying you return to our site while we wait for the bank to confirm. Once confirmed, your ad is scheduled automatically and we email your receipt.
A slot is only secured after a confirmed payment. If the payment fails or is cancelled, nothing is charged and the slot stays open.
We never see or store your bank login details.

What your ad must not contain

You must own or have the right to use the image, text, link and call to action you submit.
No unlawful, defamatory, hateful or harassing material.
No tobacco, vaping, gambling, alcohol or adult content.
No medical claims you cannot support, and no promise of guaranteed weight loss.
The link must point to a working page you control. We can ask you to change creative that breaks these rules before it runs.

Changes and rescheduling

Need different dates or a new creative before your ad goes live? Write to us — small fixes are free.
Once an ad is live, any change takes effect from the next day.
If a technical problem stops your ad from showing, we extend your dates or refund the affected days.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel before your ad goes live and you get a full refund.
Cancel while it is running and we refund the days that have not run yet.
We may take down an ad that breaks these terms. Unused days are refunded unless the breach is serious or repeated.
Refunds are paid back to the account you paid from, usually within a few working days.

Your details

We keep what you submit — brand name, contact details, ad content and dates — only to run the campaign and contact you about it.
We never sell it and never share it with advertisers or data brokers. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Responsibility

You are responsible for the claims in your ad and for the page it links to.
DIETSIHAT.COM is a weight-loss tracking tool and a place to book a banner. We are not liable for the results or losses of a campaign.
